Watercolor Focals # 2

Materials: Effetre and Double Helix Silver Glasses

This silver watercolor focal bead combined a pale green yellow core on which combinations of Double Helix silver glasses including Clio, Aurae and rare Psyche Light. Handmade silver murrini were carefully added, reduced and struck to bring a multitude of silver hues to the surface.
The watercolor like florals were then captured under a clear glass encasement and dots of glittering Aurae were added to complete the bead.
Only 5 beads were created in this series, be sure to get one before they are gone!

Materials: Effetre Glass and Pendragonfyre glass frit

On a base of Effetre white, handmixed rainbow colors of glass frit were melted into the surface to create this set of 17 beads.
Bright and full of cheer for the spring and summer season!

Bright and alive with color, this set combines 2 of the hottest shades of the season, lime and orange. CiM's Poison Apple and Creamsicle paired with Effetre Lime transparent.

Silvered Cubes

Materials: Effetre and Double Helix Glasses

This set of 8 encased hand-formed cube beads were created on a base of rare Double Helix silver glass, known as TE-315.

Each bead core was reduced to createthe subtle variations in color. Each result was then captured under a thick encasement of Effetre clear glass. The metallic shine from within these cube beads is amazing!

Materials: Effetre and CiM- Creation is Messy Glasses and 99% Fine Silver

Silvered Ivory handmade stringers are made by combining fine silver and Effetre Ivory. Combine this with the shades of bright summer soltice and this 27 bead set was born.
Lots of variety in shapes and sizes with hues including Effetre Pea Green, Periwinkle, Light Red and CiM Creamsicle Unique#2 and Fremen.

Materials: CiM Glasses

CiM's Charcoal glass is the canvas for this set of 12 round shard beads decorated with Midnight shards infused with blue, silver and ivory.

Each shard was carefully added by hand and gently melted into the surface of each bead to create the delicate gossamer texture of each moonshimmer bead..

Created on a base of Effetre Light Ivory, this set of round and barrel beads were decorated with Rosalina shards infused with silver and ivory.

Each shard was carefully added by hand and gently melted into the surface of the handformed bead shape.

To honor Decima, this set of 10 goddess series beads were created on a base of Effetre light Turquoise with layered dots of Effetre Dark Ivory glasses. To truly bring out the richness of the silver infused glass, a dot of Vetrofond Orange Punch was captured under each storm portal.

Although it may look like the Momma Robin has been busy.... these are actual
beads that I completed over the last weekend of March 2009.

Roba Koza has a beautiful frit, Robin's Egg, and well it is
pretty accurate in its coloring.



Normally I do not repeat sets, but once a year I will create these beads and
offer one set to buyers via E-Bay. Making them gets me in a "spring-forward"
mood and I am sure the person who wears these will feel the same.

This year's offering is a 17 bead set on a base of Effetre White with a
delicate sprinkling of Robin Egg frit.

Spring Silver Glass

Materials: Effetre & Double Helix Glasses

This set is a variety mix of shapes and sizes using Double Helix silver infused
glasses including, Aurae, Ekho as well as rare test glasses known as
KA-357 and TE-315. These silver glasses when reduced and encased
capture the most beautiful color shifting mother of pearl hues of pink and
blues. When used as a surface decoration, the metallic reduction of the
silver infused glass which also fumed the golden hues to the pink base glass.

This is a one of a kind selection set of these most beautiful spring pastel
beads that can be mixed and matched in a variety of art jewelry pieces.
