I have been completing some glass testing with 2 test
batches from Double Helix.
Here is the first test batch is simply known as KA-357.
KA-357 is a light green/orange pink color shifting glass. Double Helix describes it as: "The KA series of glasses have color shifting properties and display
varied tonalities in different light sources. Incandescent light and sunlight
produce purple, pink and ruby tones.
Fluorescent lighting produces blue, green and amber tones.
Additionally, these colors both self strike and luster altering the
transmission spectrum of the glass. Many color outcomes are
possible with this unique color chemistry."

Golden BlushThis set is now soldMaterials: CiM & Double Helix Glasses KA-357 was scrolled and striped on a base of CiM Blush, a gentle hue of pink.
The bead was then reduced and encased with Double Helix clear glass, Aether.
Although it is difficult to photograph, the "mother of pearl" luster is rich.
Blush spacers are included in this set to reflect the pink centres
of the silver glass encased beads. This close up shows the "mother of pearl" luster that was created on
each of the main beads in this set.Coral GlowMaterials: Double Helix Glasses In this 3 bead set, KA-357 was used as the base and was reduced.
After encasing the bead in Double Helix clear glass, Aether,
the bead was shaped into a cube.
Although it is difficult to photograph, the "mother of pearl" luster is very
evident. This glass struck to a coral orange through the
steps of creating these beads.
